i found it, thx :) i need to unzip it in some extra folder not under OpenOffice.
does polynomialdivisors (english version) work ? it does not seem to return any value but 1, i tried x^2-4x-4 and 2x^2+8x+8, both should have divisors....

ok, i think i translated the addon.oxt, desc_de.txt and description. and part of the handbook. you should have the files by now, christophe
so, now i try to add all this to my OOcCalc (however that should work)
